Refund Policy

• Cancellation within 7 Days: A student is eligible for a partial refund if they choose to withdraw from a course within 7 calendar days of admission. The amount refunded will be the total fee paid minus the registration fee and administrative charges.
• Cancellation after 7 Days: No refund will be issued for any withdrawal request made after 7 calendar days from the date of admission.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Admission fees, registration fees, processing fees, and charges for study materials or student kits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Course Discontinuation: If a student discontinues the course for any reason after the initial 7-day period, no refund will be provided for the fees already paid.

• The one-time franchise affiliation fee is strictly non-refundable once the payment has been processed and the franchise agreement has been initiated.
• This policy applies regardless of whether the franchise center commences operations or not.
• Renewal fees for the franchise agreement are also non-refundable.

• Fees paid for examinations, re-examinations, and issuance of certificates/diplomas are non-refundable.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@evcsm.org or through a formal letter submitted to the Head Office.
• The request must include the student's full name, course details, admission date, and a clear reason for the refund request.
• The original fee receipt must be attached with the application.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 30-45 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.
